By accessing or using FAP, you agree to be bound by these terms.
The Service
FAP provides automated Facebook page posting tools and a Reddit image scraping tool. The service is provided on a subscription basis at $29.99 per month.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You are responsible for all content posted to your Facebook page(s) through FAP. You agree to review scraped content before scheduling it for posting. You agree not to use FAP to post content that violates Facebook's Community Standards, Terms of Service, or any applicable laws.
Content and Copyright
FAP provides tools to scrape publicly available images from Reddit. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you post does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. FAP does not claim ownership of any content you scrape or post. We are not liable for copyright claims resulting from content you choose to post.
Refunds
Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until day 8. After the trial, refunds are available within 7 days of your first charge if you or our support team cannot get FAP working for you. Limitation of Liability
FAP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any actions taken by Facebook (Meta) regarding your page, including but not limited to page restrictions, content removal, or account suspension. We do not guarantee any specific results, revenue, or engagement from using FAP.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of FAP after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
